Cleans 1 RM: 25, 30, 35, 40, 43, 45, 47, 49, 51, 53, 55 (PR), 56 (F).
Last time I did cleans at open gym more than two weeks ago I barely made it to 50 and they were sloppy and all over the place. Today they were solid, confidence was better and speed was good after 50 kg (where I usually have issues with speed once I hit 45kg). The difference-maker is clear: Proper warm-up and great drills beforehand. Thanks coach!

Started @ 25 and Failed @ 46. 46 Was a bad failed and kinda freaked me out. I was useless after that. Weird :S

750 Sprint Cash out - still a sprint but not as fast as the first one LOL

Next week I'm going to work the clean high pulls in after my pullups & pushups. It's a good drill for me :)
Clean 1RM to 50. 4 kgs less than my PR. Overthinking it today!
