Spent most of my runs pacing with Andrew Trevors. Decided to make the last round a race as he past me LOL Dirty move on his end and poor timing on mine but I was up for it!! Lot's of fun today!

Started a very long conditioning workout but about 30min in i couldn't steady my heart rate and was damn close to pissing myself. Decided it was best that I walk away and take the DNF for healths sake....weird experience.

Nope, an I actually didn't need to go, I just had the sensation that it was going to release. Like I said, it was weird enough for me to quit.
Yeah definitely not cool. Keep an eye on things ... my gut says heat stress because of the HR but not sure on the other. If weird symptoms continue I'd visit your unit doc.
