Claire and Megan said I should do 100 burpees right afterwards and that gave me an idea I'm probably going to regret: Why don't you two smartasses come up with a WOD for me to do on Saturday morning. I can't do muscle-ups, rings dips or handstand pushups, but everything else is on the table I guess. It can be long or short. If you want to heckle while I'm at it, ya giver.

18.12 - I did the 1st 4 rounds of wallballs UB but then got tired, running became more shuffling and I broke up the wallballs in sets of 10. Last round hurt!
