Bench has been coming along well. Changed my grip to match my overhead and clean grip about 3 months ago. Took a huge hit in capability after that but stuck with it and numbers are almost back to reaching all time PR's. Looks like fixing form and thinking about mechanics will actually pay off...who would of thought.
