Deadlift 5RM to 86 (3/5) - Could have kept going but I'm really struggling puffing my chest out/keeping my upper back straight. I will be resetting with deadlifts to knees (or the like) to fix this.

Last time I was resetted on my deadlifts I was really dissapointed because I thought I could keep going. And this time, even though I know I could keep going, I'm really happy to be scalling back and working towards fixing this flaw because it's been obvious for about a month now and it's not getting any better no matter how hard I try or focus on it. So I'm looking forward cleaning this lift up :)

Turns out I haven't really been "jumping" just pulling my knees to my chest and landing on the box! I now know the difference and will be doing "real jumps" going forward ;)
