Warmup: 3 Rounds of: 200m Run + 3 Ring Rows + 3 Pushups + 5 Squats + Chit Chat with the gym crew. ha!
5 Rounds:
800m Run
30 Kettlebell Swings (24kg/53#)
30 Chinups
Time: 48:34 - PR for time, PR for not tearing and therefore PR for not crying. LOL!! First time doing it with this weight though, in the past I've always used the "guys" weight for the swings so 32kg/70#. It was much nicer with the lighter bell today. Thanks Rebekah! :)
Jodi: Becky, want to do Eva with me? Becky: Uh, yes. 5 rounds, but used yellow bell instead of RX green because I hadn't done full swings since god knows when. Time: 46:28. Lowlight of the WOD: "Why are there 30 of these?!" just as I was about to start the first round of 30 chinups. Felt good though. Goal is to do it RX next time.
And by "good" I mean terrible, but exactly what I needed today: A big kick in the pants workout.

Had not done any front squats since April. Wanted to see how they would feel.
