*The lunges today reminded me of how far I’ve come since joining CrossFit Fredericton 3 years ago. Back then lunges were a source of pain in my knee caps. Fast forward to today: Pain-free thanks to learning how to engage leg, butt and core muscles properly through all the things we do at CFF. What a difference.
