Deadlift to Knees 5RM to 72 - was sneaking the bar up past the knees around the end. Made it a little easier but next time I'll have to keep that bar below the knees.

400m Runs: Warmup, 1.53,1.40,1.40,1.27, cooldown

1.27 Ties my PR from last October. My sprints have sucked so far this spring/summer - way higher than last year - I think becuase I had been skipping most of them because I run on my own. I've done the last few sprints and the times have slowly been improving.
