6Km Run - 7.5 - 8 RPE - Only had a short break for lunch.... Alarm never went off this morning.... I was moving fast to fit in my run :S I think tomorrow will be an easy day ;)

Started @ 20 and made 2kg jumps to 34. Then 1kg jumps to 46. I was feeling pretty good so I did an extra set @ 47. I tried for 48 - got the power clean but couldn't stand back up on the 2nd clean.

Getting used to my personnal coach sessions ;) Third class alone with Jodi Bainbridge ! It was great, got tons of coaching and fun talks!
Getting agressive seems to do the trick, 48kgs felt a lot ligther than 47kgs!
