Snatch Drills Then Snatch 3RM to 28 - No press-out tonight. I've been struggling with this weight but tonight felt good :D

High to Low Temp Ring Rows then some strict chinups

Warmup - I was able to do the chinups x5x2 - first round was prettier than the 2nd but I never let go of the bar on both sets :D
