I really think the chocolate cookies I ate before gym were key to the PR. On a more serious note, I was at Tim Horton's today and saw a girl on the front steps, who is probably an addict, hurl her guts out for at least 35 minutes. It reminded me of the value in things like eating well, training at CrossFit Fredericton and steering clear of the junk in life. Thank you coaches Jodi Bainbridge and Anthony Bainbridge and all the hard workers at CrossFit Fredericton for creating an awesome environment to be healthy in and where great things get achieved.
