So much for tapering.
Cleans 1RM to 55

Attempted to do the following workout:
5 Rounds:
10 Wall Balls (14lb)
10 Pushups
10 Overhead Lunges (15kg)
Got through 2 rounds and realized it just didn't make sense because it was all triceps and shoulders. Think I'll leave the programming to the coaches. Lol.

So I did 50 Thrusters (20kg) untimed instead.
