Warm-up and strength:
Turkish getups: work up to 20 reps
I did 2 reps of each per side.
24, 28, 32, 20 (bar), 24 (bar + 4), 28 (bar + 8), 30 (bar +10)

3 rounds of:
800m run
40 squats
30 pushups
20 hanging knee raises

2 attempts @ 28 both fails - almost had it on my first attempt. I got up to the lunge position but lost blanace before I could stand up.

25.24 - 3 months ago I wouldn't have been able to handle this many pushups. Last time I did 30 in a row it was Barbra and off a box. They were slow tonight but they were 90 perfect pushups - and I've very happy about that. In fact the pushups were worth a couple of burgers ;) thank you Kim L McKinley for a tasty supper!
