Kinda lost count here. I got confused and counted my rounds by runs instead of @ the end of thrusters so I kinda forgot about the round I was on during the transition LOL Anywho, I counted 6 400m runs and one 200m run. In my notes I only had 13 rounds total but I'm pretty sure I didn't count the 8th round I almost finished from the 1st AMRAP

Went with the 13 + 200m run but I'm 95% certain it was actually 14 + 200m ;)

My left shoulder is smoked from the pullups earlier this week. This feels more like a mobility issue than weight because I couldn't get the bar far enough back to stablize.
