Started at 20, worked up to 28 and stayed there for a while, then went back down to 20. Dropped it once, and skipped one round. Lol.

Started @ 20 and finished @ 22 - I would have started @ 10 and built up to about 25-28 but my plan kinda got thrown out when I got stuck using the 20kg bar for the warm up LOL Didn't make sense to back track
