35, 40, 45, 50, 54, 57, 58 *PR Was supposed to go to 57, but it felt really solid so I decided to try one more kilo with the time left :) Creeping up on my goal of lifting my own body weight...only a few more kilos to go!

430 would have been a PR. Deadlift has felt off for a while. Frustrated a little... But I'll break through, just hope it's sooner vs later.

I made a judgement call to switch to ring rows the last round. On the last few reps of round 4 I felt the skin on my hand start to move around. No blisters today thank you!
