CrossFit Fredericton offers three different memberships. Personal Training takes place 1on1 with a coach. Everything is customized to your schedule and goals. Group Training takes place in a small group and is led start to finish by a coach. It focuses on general strength and conditioning and is our most popular membership. Open Gym gives access to use the gym/equipment at your discretion without direct coaching. This is reserved for advanced athletes who want to follow alternative programming.
