Overall a great morning.
My phone contracted ended last month so I looked for deals over Christmas. BestBuy had some decent stuff, but wouldn't touch a business plan. Waited in line at BellAliant for about an hour and they wouldn't touch it either. Called customer retention and they gave me a new iPhone 6 WITHOUT trading my current iPhone, $200 credit just because, and knocked $30 off my monthly plan forever. I'm a mix of happy/confused/paranoid.
