Welcome to the best strength and conditioning program in Fredericton. Our gym has produced 60+ girls who squat over 200 pounds, 5 girls who squat over 275 pounds, and 3 girls who squat over 300 pounds. Our strongest girl squats 353 pounds at a bodyweight of 138 pounds (that’s 2.55 x bodyweight). Most of them had never touched a barbell before entering our gym and all of them maintained high level conditioning programs.

Deadlift 1RM: 65, 80, 90, 100, 110, 118 or 259.6 lbs (PR)

Two years ago my 1RM deadlift was 235 lbs. I did a one-month nutrition challenge but was not disciplined with food, sleep or training, and did not reach the 1RM goal of 245 I attempted at the end of the challenge. At the time I was really bummed but Coach Jodi reminded me that factors such as proper rest/not over-exercising, nutrition, and patience had to be considered if I wanted to get more PRs. Two years later, I have stabilised my nutrition/sleep, am training smarter, and work on having a more patient attitude. Today's 9 kg/19 lb Deadlift PR (up from 109kg/240 lbs almost three months ago) felt great!
Also, thank you to Coach Anthony for the reminders along the way to not do dumb things like lift when something hurts and for all the helpful information on food and technique. CrossFit Fredericton is a great place to train, push myself and learn!
