I really hate high rep anything...and today was high rep EVERYTHING! LOL!!

Squats 80kg/177# x8 reps x3 sets.
Split Squats 30kg/67# x12 reps (per side) x 3 sets.

Time: either 5:57 or 6:08.
I'm 99% sure I did 31reps in 6:08. If so, then 30 reps in 5:57. ha! PR is 5:29. I really felt like I was moving much slower so I'm pleased with this score.
Squat 453x4, bike 10 minutes watts test. Have a bit of a cold and got lightheaded on the squats, so called it. Then bike computer ran out of batteries and no idea what my watts were. Overall good day?

Score: 7 - 2 (didn't do my last 2 TGUs because I wanted to get one more rope climb before time).

Last time we had a WOD with rope climbs, I failed all of them but one. So tonight I wasn't to excited when I saw them on the board. But after coach Jodi gave me a great cue about using my feet, I managed five legit climbs right to the top! Yay!!! The downside: opening my backpack right before the WOD and finding out my gym bottoms were at home. Which meant I had to do the WOD in the bottoms I came in: Long underwear made of wool.
