Light snatch drills

Snatch to 36x3, followed by 30x6 to practice form.

Clean 1RM to 57 (PR!). Failed the first attempt at 57, but I was lucky enough to be lifting right in front of Le Mike when he walked in for handstand clinic, and he was able to pinpoint was I was doing wrong right away (early arm bend). With that in mind the next attempt at 57 happened! Thanks Le Mike!!

Handstand clinic: Lots of fun with gorilla, surfing frog and split leg frog drills. It's cool to be gaining a sense of balance upside down.
