Split Squats 34kg/76# x 12 reps per side x 3 sets.

Time: 5:15 - This felt quite comfortable. Happy that I can do Fran at a comfortable pace in 5:15. Other than my forearms and hands cramping a couple of minutes after I finished. haha!!
