Squat 92kg/ 205# x5 reps x 5 sets.
Stiff Leg Deadlifts 80kg/177# x 10 reps.

Score: 6 Rounds. I could have squeezed in another thruster or two...I thought I only had like one second left. haha!

Saturday: Front Squat to 65x2, followed by AMRAP 8 of 8 Thrusters (30kg) and 8 burpees. 5 rounds. Need to do more thrusters in order to make those WODS hurt less.
