Terrible!! Was on pace for under 5 minutes and after rep 18 I completely forgot how to do muscleups. It took a good minute of cursing and pacing to regain composure and finish. Dumbass! lol!!
Deadlift 474x5x5. A little tired from yesterday, but setup is getting more consistent/faster. Also made a half-hearted attempt to put my deadlift suit on... will have to schedule appropriate time to give it a valid effort.
