30 min. Time cap:
12-1 power snatch, working up to 90% of 1 RM (started light with 35lb bar for the first four rounds, then added 10lbs every round)
1-12 dumbbell push ups
12-1 chest to bar pull ups
Got to round 9, 3xpower snatch at 95 lbs.
