Warm-up
Squats to 20RM:
3 reps at 65% (52 kg) + 2 min. rest
3 reps at 75% (60 kg) + 2 min. rest
3 reps at 85% (69 kg) + 5 min. rest
20 reps at 60% (47 kg). Up to 49 kg next week.

Bench press 10 RM to 37 kg.

Monday night: 1.5 hours of Ultimate.
