Warmup: the usual with TGU's interspersed

Bench 1R (could only do 1R as the gym only has a 20 kilo bar)
45, 55, 65, 75, 85, 90 Felt good so tried an extra set 95/43 *PR

5 Rounds:
5 Pushups
10 V-ups
15 Squats

Bench 1R (lbs) 65,90,100,110,120,130, extra set 135/61 kg. Not a PR but plenty heavy for a guy on vacation :)

Lazy swim in the sea 15 mins, then breakfast on the verandah. I could get used to this low stress lifestyle thing :)

We joined crossfit071 in Leiden, and had our first workout tonight!
We met Eva.... 5 rounds for time of:
800m run, 30 KBS (8kg for Kathy, 16kg for Travis), 30 ring rows. (plus a 12km round-trip bike to get to and from the gym!)

we both finished in a respectable amount of time, and met some nice people. (Not as nice as you lot, obviously) 😓 😊
