CrossFit Foundation Course
All new members start with our Foundation Course - five sessions 1-on-1 with a certified personal trainer.
You will learn and practise over 25 exercises not taught in other Fredericton gyms. Your trainer will modify each exercise to ensure structured progress at a pace that is safe and challenging for you.
You will also be introduced to new and powerful ideas about nutrition, sleep, flexibility, and posture that will boost your progress faster than traditional methods.
CrossFit Team
This is where the fun starts. The Foundation Course introduced you to hard work and what it will take to achieve your goals. If you are serious and want to continue, we will discuss options that best suit your needs.
Some people will be invited to our advanced group workouts and others will continue working 1-on-1. Both options will be led by a certified personal trainer at all times. Sessions will gradually get more difficult as you progress - and you wouldn't want it any other way.
