How To Join
Coaching is more than just teaching and correcting movements. Knowing the physical, mental, and emotional triggers to create progress in hundreds of different people from all different backgrounds requires a tremendous amount of effort and focus. It takes time to learn, test, and perfect. We do not rush this process, and therefore our gym has one of the most thorough introduction systems around.
Step 1: Read the Website
We share a ton of information about what we do, who we work with, and how we can help you. When you decide we are the right fit for your goals contact us to schedule your assessment.
Step 2: Assessment ($275)
The assessment is five consecutive one-on-one sessions (Mon to Fri) where we introduce you to our structure and systems, assess your strength and fitness, and prepare you for our group workouts. All material is modified to suit your current fitness level. That doesn't mean it will be easy, but you will survive.
Step 3: Monthly Membership ($135)
Members have access to unlimited training sessions, but typically train 3-5 times per week. Sessions are reserved through an online calendar.
Sessions are coached from start to finish with small groups. The easiest analogy is to picture a Karate Dojo with white belts, green belts, black belts, etc. All training together but working on skills for their specific level of experience.
Each workout is balanced with warm up, strength, conditioning, and skill practice. You can expect a lot of variety - we rarely repeat workouts. You will see people of all shapes and sizes. Anyone can do this - it's just a question of whether they want to or not. And again, you will be coached at all times.
