Try something different.

People who value simplicity, structure, and support are the same people who express the following frustration when they contact us:

“I’m bored.”
“I can only push myself so far.”
“I keep going back to the gym because I don’t know what else to do.”

CrossFit Challenges the Status-Quo.

Simplicity

When you enter the gym, right away you’ll notice the absence of mirrors, machines, magazines, tanning beds, requests for referrals, or other distractions that typically waste time and decrease productivity.

Instead our focus is on you. We remove confusion by teaching movements and techniques that are appropriate for your experience and fitness levels. As you progress, so do the movements.

Structure

If you take a moment to check out some of the daily workouts, you’ll appreciate the variety our members get to experience (you won't repeat the same workout very often). That being said, there is also a lot of planning and design that goes into these workouts to ensure balance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

As coaches, we tailor the daily workout to your individual abilities and needs. In addition we also monitor short term and long term performance to better guide your progress. Anyone can design a workout that is hard - we design workouts that make you better.

Support

When you train with like-minded people there’s an energy that fills the room. It doesn’t matter if you are 74 years of age (BTW - he inspires us all) or you’re in your teens. The fact is, you’re motivated to work harder when people around you are doing the same.

In addition to peer support, CrossFit is founded on a culture of coaching. From daily coaching and guidance to being there whenever you need us outside the gym. It’s the norm, not an add-on.

Some of the most valuable feedback and fun occurs daily within the Workout Area of this website. Feel free to check out the pictures and comments.
