There are currently over 1500 CrossFit gyms worldwide. CrossFit Fredericton was the 1st in Atlantic Canada (and currently the largest), we were 14th in all of Canada, and 165th in the world. We've been here from the ground up.

We are known and respected country-wide for our knowledge on strength training, strict standards, and always offering help when needed. We tell you what you need to hear, not always what you want to hear (and you wouldn't have it any other way). Simply put - these are the best certified personal trainers in Fredericton.

They have combined their experience and knowledge into successful athletic accomplishments of their own. This means they know the challenges you face and how to overcome them because they've been there as well. They are firm believers in leading by example.
