This is the CrossFit Fredericton Workout of the Day (WOD). It may seem intimidating at first, you may not know the exercises, or understand the system. That is OKAY. It is exactly why you have two personal trainers who will modify the exercises based on your experience level so that you get a safe and challenging workout no matter what.

We are in California for the 2008 CrossFit Games. We will be posting workouts that don't require (much) equipment. Check back often for pictures.

Chinup standards at the CrossFit Games will be "chest touches the bar" - great to see!
The first 3 events will take place on Saturday with 4 hour rest between each:
1. Fran
2. 5 Rounds, 5 Deadlifts (275/185), 10 Burpees
3. 750m Hill Sprint (very rough terrain)
The fourth event will take place on Sunday, but will not be announced until Saturday evening.
Should be fun!
