Yesterday I was in the 8 hour race with Jeremy.
Crossfit training was put to the test and it succeeded. I finished feeling not too bad, the canoeing and hiking/running didnt bother me a bit but i really sucked at running, i slowed jeremy down A LOT. Still not too sore today, just tired out. Overall it was a fun experience and I'll see everyone back at the gym sometime this week:)
91 reps of each suit total time: 28:05 i really liked the format - i hadn't done one of those style yet, of course, i didn't shuffle well enough though, had 8, 12, 9 presses in a row - nasty!
saturday: leisurely kayak on the kennebacasis river with my mom, 6km, 1hr 52

Tried to game it so I wouldn't crash and burn, but I was a little light on the pullups starting out. Might've been able to squeeze a couple more reps out of the bench, but not much more.

push ups (spades)
