Five rounds for time of: 135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps 135 pound Hang Power Clean, 12 reps 135 pound Front Squat, 9 reps 135 pound Push Jerk, 6 reps Sub: 95lbs Time 28:53
I probibly could have gone a little heavier but considering how my shoulders felt all day 95# was enough.
6.5k cool down ride home, thanks for the head wind mother nature.
Tony and Jodi good luck and have fun at the games and don't forget to take lots of pictures.
Five rounds for time of: 135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps 135 pound Hang power clean, 12 reps 135 pound Front Squat, 9 reps 135 pound Push Jerk, 6 reps
subbed 95# for all Time: 18:02
I was debating using 115# on this one, but went with 95# instead. My sleep was really off last night as my allergies were really bad and I had trouble breathing. Felt like a zombie most of the day and overall strength felt low, but going through the workout I felt ok. Grip was definitely a big factor on this one.
5 rounds for time of: Deadlift x 15 reps (95lbs). Hang Power Clean x 12 reps(95lbs). Front Squat x 9 reps(95lbs). Push Jerk x 6 reps(95lbs).
Time: 23:42.
Grip was a big factor for me on this WOD, that’s why I chose to go with 95lbs.And even then, my HPC was a bit weak because I think my major fault with this technique is that I pull the weight up too much instead of getting under the bar quickly. I was trying to correct that when I was conscious of doing it, but I know I was guilty most of the time. Still a great WOD though!
