STEP 1: Orientation Session

This is a one hour session that enables you to:
- meet the coaches and get a feel for the workout environment
- learn how we can modify any workout to any fitness level
- try a workout firsthand (workout gear required)
- ask questions about the Foundation Program and Daily Workouts

STEP 2: Foundation Program

The Foundation program involves five one-on-one coaching sessions where you learn exercises, concepts, and techniques that you need for the daily workouts. We assess fitness levels, movement patterns, flexibility, and use this information to design and tailor your workout progressions.

The five consecutive sessions (Monday to Friday) help us understand your fatigue limits in a closely monitored environment. This is important so that we know when to modify a workout, offer support, or give you a kick in the ass. :)

STEP 3: Daily Workouts

Each workout is balanced with warm up, strength, conditioning, and skill practise. You can expect a lot of variety, hard work, and you will see people of all shapes and sizes.

Members train 3-5 times per week as a team, but at different individual levels. The easiest analogy is to picture a Karate Dojo with white belts, green belts, and black belts - all training together - but working on skills for their specific level of experience.

Training with a team gives you an extra push and support so that you don’t cut your workouts short ... “Oh I’m sweating, maybe that was enough for today." Members also keep each other accountable by sharing results from their workouts on the website.
